Data Analytics and Computational Social Science

Student Research

Call for Projects

The Data Analytics and Computational Social Science (DACSS) program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst is looking to feature student research in social science (or projects in progress) on the DACSS Website.

Many UMass students, in the DACSS program and many other programs within the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and across campus, are active social researchers who collect and analyze data and other evidence using a range of research methods. We are building a webspace to spotlight all of this student work.

Do you have a project that you are excited about? We want to hear about it!
We welcome submissions of research at any stage to be featured on the DACSS Student Research webspace and the UMass College of Social and Behavioral Sciences website. You do not need to be a student in the DACSS program - we welcome all researchers in the social sciences, undergrads and grad students alike! All submissions that are featured on the webspace will also be considered for our Spring 2021 DACSS Student Research Symposium to be held at the end of the term.
